This year B is the one that has chrome bumpers with the sometimes called “Sabrina” rubber overriders, required by the USA for import, to meet crash tests. Original color, Tundra green, has had touch up sometime in past. Has original working smog pump. Has original British Leyland AM/FM radio. Autumn Leaf interior. Painted wire wheels. 4 speed non-OD transmission. Great original style B. Repairs or upgrades done recently: New battery, new spark plugs, new ignition wire set, new distributor cap, new Pertronix Ignition, new fuel filter, new rear brake lines, new rear brake shoes, new rear wheel cylinders, new rear axle seal, new SU Carburetor Rebuild Kit. This B is on only the second owner and that is the niece of the original owner. It is a B in fine condition to enjoy for weekend drives or join in club events. For Sale - 1979 MGB 36,000 Miles
1979 MGB. Russet exterior color. 35,000 miles. New top in October 2007. Has original top cover in excellent condition. Garage kept. Paint, engine and interior in excellent condition. No rust. Manual choke. All smog equipment is there. Electrical is all good, including the clock. Has the gold MGB stripe above the trim. Two things wrong that I know of. Antenna is broken and someone tried to close the trunk without releasing the lift causing a small bump. New tires, wheels repainted, original Dunlop skinny whitewall spare. A few normal paint chips. Fluids have been changed, all mechanicals work. Car was originally sold in Peoria, Illinois but has spent most of its life in Texas. Original owner’s manual. Asking $6700.00. i have a 1966 MGB project car for sale. it is complete except for the air cleaners. the engine turns freely with the new battery but the carbs need rebuilt and the fuel tank needs cleaned. the frame for the top is good, top is bad. everything else works, brakes, clutch, windows, lights. i put a new front end, fuel pump, tires, and battery. it has 5 chrome wire wheels, with a few bad spokes, with winged knock offs. $2200 - negotiable photos upon request.

This is a 1978 MGB convertible, in Limited Edition livery. It has alloy wheels, black paint with LE stripes, trunk rack and LE plaque on the dash. The interior is in great condition, no rips or tears. The roof is essentially unused, I've never had it out in the rain. Beautiful body. It seems to be a reconditioned engine, as it is red. 1974 MGB for sale.$4500.00 Recent parts since in my custody:Master Cylinder Radiator Water pump belts tires Battery carbs rebuilt distributor plug wires etc. the usual stuff when you get one of these cars. Car has clear North Carolina title Car is very solid, has a couple of quarter size bubbles on dogleg areas and one on the bonnet. No evidence that it has been crashed. Rockers are solid. car is jacked with factory jack and and no crunchy noises noted doors open and close with car jacked up. top, tonneau and boot cover in decent shape. Note:windshield has crack on passenger side and could use replacement and one with frame is included with the car. Car was used as daily driver until I purchased a 68 BGT. don't have time to attend to both. Would consider even trade for 70's Austin Mini Cooper or Morris Minor 1000 in good driving condition (Please leave your rustbuckets at home, I know where to look). Car has dealer installed A/C and rectangular(veryrare) operational not rusty LUCAS FogLights. A/C condenser removed due to living in hot climate compressor still installed and does work. Radiator fan is using that circuit presently. Silly idea to put A/C in one of these cars. Its still there if you want to hook it back up.
